Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute laboratory experiments, analytical assays, QC testing, and product characterization to evaluate NULISA product performance, quality, and stability
- Generate, document, and analyze experimental data with strong attention to accuracy and reproducibility
- Maintain detailed and organized laboratory records
- Support development and optimization of lyophilized reagent formulations and processes
- Execute experiments evaluating lyophilization performance, stability, and reconstitution
- Support verification and validation (V&V) studies under guidance and established protocols
- Affiliate in product transfer and NPI activities by executing experiments and preparing documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, QC, and Quality
- Maintain lab equipment, inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- B.S. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or related field with 2+ years of relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience executing laboratory experiments in a biotech or life sciences setting
- Experience with basic assay techniques such as immunoassays or molecular biology methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform routine laboratory tasks with consistency and accuracy to generate high-quality, reproducible data
- Able to follow established protocols and execute experiments with guidance while building independence
- Strong record-keeping and documentation skills, with attention to experimental details, observations, deviations, and results
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with immunoassays (ELISA, MSD, Simoa) and molecular assays (PCR, qPCR)
- Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment and workflows
- Basic data analysis skills using Excel or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with lyophilization or reagent stabilization techniques
- Experience running or supporting NULISA or similar assay platforms
- Exposure to QC testing, assay characterization, or V&V studies
- Experience in product development or manufacturing support environments
- Familiarity with regulated environments (ISO 13485, GLP, GMP)
Pay
The base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $100,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
