Our process starts with designing the ideal user experience first. From there, we spec product features and only then write code. Design sets the direction. Everything else follows.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-end UX design across NexHealth payments.
• Full responsibility for research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Lead product scope and shape technical implementation through design-first thinking.
• Collaborate tightly with PMs and Engineers as a co-equal product builder.
• Build and evolve design systems and scalable UI standards.
• Craft experiences that eliminate work or make the job dead simple for users.
• Champion user clarity, accessibility, and precision across every surface.
• Make design decisions that directly shape product architecture and engineering priorities.

Experience

• 6–10+ years of end-to-end product design ownership.
• Deep experience in SaaS, platform, or API-heavy environments is a plus.
• Strong product intuition and the ability to lead product strategy through design.
• You think like a PM and build like an engineer.
• World-class taste and systems thinking.
• Ruthlessly reduce friction, polish flows, and solve for clarity over cleverness.

Compensation & Benefits

• Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
• The range listed is just the base salary component of NexHealth’s total compensation package for employees.
• Other benefits may include stock options, an unlimited paid time off policy, and up to 100% coverage on medical, vision and dental insurance.
• NexHealth Compensation Range $180,000—$265,000 USD.
