Product Designer

The Role

Lead the product design initiatives for a Wealth Services team, focusing on complex systems.
Drive user-centered design approaches, translating user needs and research into intuitive product experiences.
Develop and refine user journeys and map key touchpoints to identify opportunities for improvement.
Create sophisticated web interfaces and interaction models for intricate systems.
Contribute to and advocate for a global design system, ensuring consistency and reusability.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in designing and defining complex systems, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Mastery in user-centered design principles and user journey mapping.
• Advanced skills in design tools such as Figma and Miro.
• Experience with design systems and a deep understanding of complex system design challenges.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.
• Experience guiding junior designers and fostering a positive team culture.
