Requirements

• 5+ Years
• Strong grasp of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Deep understanding of design thinking and agile methodology
• Proven leadership and stakeholder communication skills
• Portfolio with real-world impact and scalable design systems
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise UX
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and design systems

Leadership and Team Management

• Lead the design strategy and execution across digital product experiences.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality UX/UI deliverables.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape user-centered design outcomes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and drive design system implementation.

Work Environment

• Work on enterprise and customer-facing platforms across industries.
