Product Demonstrator ($18/hr PLUS Commission)

About the role

LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly growing home improvement company, is seeking Part-time Retail Marketers. Selected applicants will work on site at a variety of retail stores, attending pre‑scheduled shifts to generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers. The Retail Marketer is responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
• Work well without close supervision but always keep the manager informed
• Meet predetermined performance goals
• Generate high quality leads for our industry‑leading products

Requirements

• Willing to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Attention to detail and punctual
• Smartphone required
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about the product
• High level of energy and engagement for long periods of time
• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate leads for our #1 rated product
• Excellent verbal communication skills, self‑motivated, dependable, and reliable transportation

Pay

• Industry leading starting pay: $18/hour plus commission
• Commission opportunities allow motivated marketers to earn $25+/hour
• Compensation increases based on performance
• Paid weekly (every Friday)
