Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and sprint objectives.
- Lead backlog refinement, story grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and prioritize product enhancements.
- Partner with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure successful sprint execution.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into solution requirements and actionable development tasks.
- Create and manage: Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Business Process Flows, Functional Specifications.
- Clearly communicate business context and expected outcomes to development and QA teams.
- Facilitate workshops, process discussions, and requirement review sessions.
- Utilize Targetprocess extensively for: Product backlog management, Epic and feature creation, User story definition, Release planning, Capacity planning, Agile reporting and tracking.
- Ensure traceability from business objectives through delivery and deployment.
- Lead story estimation exercises using: T-Shirt Sizing, Story Points, Relative Estimation Techniques.
- Support sprint forecasting, dependency management, and release planning.
- Identify product risks, impediments, and mitigation strategies.
Insurance Domain Responsibilities
- Work closely with business and technology teams across: Policy Administration, Claims Management, Underwriting, Billing & Payments, Customer Experience, Agency/Broker Operations.
- Drive modernization and digital transformation initiatives within insurance platforms.
- Ensure regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements are appropriately addressed.
GenAI & Agentic AI Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for Generative AI solutions across insurance operations.
- Understand foundational GenAI concepts including: Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, AI-assisted workflow automation, AI-driven customer service and claims support.
- Participate in defining business use cases leveraging AI technologies.
- Work with solution architects and AI teams to translate AI opportunities into product features and backlog items.
- Demonstrate understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including: Autonomous AI agents, Multi-agent workflows, Goal-based task execution, Human-in-the-loop decision frameworks, AI orchestration and workflow automation.
- Evaluate business value, risks, governance, and compliance considerations associated with AI-enabled solutions.

Pay
Salary Range: $110,000 to $125,000 per year
