Product Delivery Lead

How you'll contribute

Drive end-to-end delivery, aligning product goals with realistic plans and clear success metrics.

Facilitate rituals including discovery sessions, sprint reviews, and retros to keep teams focused.

Serve as the bridge between stakeholders and engineering, ensuring decisions are informed and transparent.

Spot risks early, remove blockers, and maintain momentum so squads ship consistently.

Requirements

• 6+ years leading cross-functional software delivery initiatives or product programs.
• Strong command of agile practices, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience working closely with engineers, designers, and product strategists.
• Ability to collaborate remotely with optional onsite time in New York/Remote.

Bonus points

• Nice-to-have experience in product discovery, service design, or change management.
• Exposure to analytics and insight tools that inform product strategy.
• Ability to coach client teams and nurture continuous improvement practices.
