Payments Product Delivery Lead
Delivery Leadership and Execution
The Payments Product Delivery Lead will oversee the day-to-day execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Payments, Operations, Fraud, Risk, Servicing, Technology, and external vendor teams. They will translate strategy into business requirements, manage the E2E delivery cycle, track Key Delivery Metrics, and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
This role requires acting as the primary delivery partner, liaising between Payments and other relevant teams, and reporting to key leaders. They will also ensure that all activities align with both short-term delivery needs and long-term strategic goals.
Cross-Functional Coordination
The Delivery Lead will serve as the liaison between Payments and other functional areas, coordinating efforts across multiple teams to ensure seamless execution. They will report to leaders and collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain alignment and support the strategic vision.
Strategic Alignment
Thought leadership in balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term strategic goals is expected. The Delivery Lead will collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners to ensure alignment and drive the successful execution of Payment Products.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Product Development, Product Owner, or Product Manager role.
- Minimum 3 years’ product management experience.

- High degree of professional confidence and credibility with the presence and communication skills to represent IT-related concepts effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to present to senior executives.
- Outstanding ability to forge and maintain trust with key stakeholders.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and achieve objectives.
- Working knowledge of accounting/expense management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong team player with effective conflict resolution, interpersonal, and management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of various software programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and the ability to quickly learn additional systems/software.
- Adaptability; self-starter; team player; quality minded; focused; committed; able to work independently.
- Experience with technical implementations involving one or more vendor partners.
- Experience evaluating Third Party capabilities and organizational fit.
- Experience with Agile teams and ceremonies.
Compensation Range
$102,000 - $208,000 Annual Salary
