Responsibilities
- Optimize and organize global online product content to align with Valvoline data standards, governance requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and structured to address customer needs, and answer common questions across regions and channels.
- Identify and resolve content gaps to improve clarity, usability, and overall customer experience.
- Develop, publish, and maintain product content within the Hybris product content management system, effectively structuring attributes, specifications, descriptions, and digital assets.
- Maintain compliance with global data standards.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, eCommerce, and regional teams to support product launches, updates, and ongoing content optimization.
- Prepare and manage load files for syndicating Valvoline product GDSN and marketing data to customers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer and industry requirements.
- Develop and deliver PIES and ACES data files to support customer systems and enhance their digital product presence, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with industry standards.
- Build comprehensive knowledge of data standards and processes, along with a strong understanding of the business and how data enables operational effectiveness and supports customer needs.
- Collaborate with IT, Product Strategy, Creative Services, EH&S, Technical, Sales, and Marketing teams globally to meet business requirements and deliver a seamless, positive digital experience for Valvoline.
- Create and maintain global SAP Master Data, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Valoline standards and governance rules, and completion within established service level metrics.
- Collaborate with external vendors and customers to deliver data in customer-specific, consumable formats and resolve issues related to data transmission and syndication.
- Support digital initiatives through ad hoc analysis and reporting to address evolving business needs and inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- Bachelor's degree preferred or work experience equivalent
- SAP work experience
- Strong process orientation with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in data retrieval and analysis
- Able to quickly and creatively resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction
- Flexible and self-motivated, with strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
