Take ownership of highly visible product content that directly influences customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Work cross‑functionally with marketing, creative, sales, product development, customer experience, and leadership teams. Help shape how products are positioned, marketed, and experienced across major retail and e‑commerce platforms while gaining exposure to content strategy, SEO, competitive intelligence, digital merchandising, consumer insights, and conversion optimization.
Responsibilities
- Manage product pages across direct‑to‑consumer and retail channels.
- Develop product messaging and visual content recommendations.
- Conduct competitive research to inform content strategy.
- Support SEO initiatives, including keyword strategy and e‑commerce search optimization.
- Create internal product education materials.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in content management, e‑commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experience managing and optimizing product listings on e‑commerce or retail platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical product information into compelling customer‑facing content.
- Excellent research, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
- Understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, and e‑commerce search optimization.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment.
Pay
$75,000 – $110,000 per year
Schedule
On‑site position, 4 days per week.
