Product Compliance Manager (Remote)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Product Compliance Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. In this remote role, you will help shape and scale compliance operations that support global market access across cloud and hybrid technology environments. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to improve consistency, automation, and readiness across compliance workflows. This position will also play a key role in using AI and data-driven reporting to strengthen execution, visibility, and program maturity. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize compliance strategies for global market access
• Drive standardization and automation in compliance processes
• Lead AI initiatives to enhance compliance operations and audit readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline execution
• Create data-driven dashboards to support decision-making and program maturity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 4 years of experience
• 7+ years of experience in cloud security, compliance, or related fields
• 3+ years leading cross-functional programs in technology environments
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and ISO 27001
• Experience in cloud assurance across SaaS and hybrid models

Pay

$154,900 – $225,300 annually
