Product / Business Analyst – Wealth Management

About the role

The Product / Business Analyst is responsible for understanding customer needs and translating them into product requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and sales to ensure that the product meets market demands and user expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Work closely with product managers to define and prioritize product features based on business objectives and customer needs.
• Develop detailed product requirements documents and work with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand technical feasibility and provide guidance on implementation.
• Support the launch of new products by providing ongoing analysis and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc., is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of financial services industry and wealth management products is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
