Product Business Analyst
Responsibilities
Aid Product Business Analysts and Product Owners with requirement gathering and other tasks as assigned to complement standard agile practices.
Collaborate with end users, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other business stakeholders.
Create effective documentation to support the learning and knowledge transfer between business and IT team members.
Support tasks for projects, system enhancements, and continuous improvement.
Provide daily client communication to problem-solve and support end users with time-sensitive needs.
Support data validation and analysis.
Requirements For Success
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field of study.
In lieu of a degree, have 3 or more years of business analyst and/or financial services/life insurance industry experience.
At least one year of experience functioning in an Agile environment is preferred.
Show strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Be able to work in a collaborative environment and make quality decisions within the scope of responsibility.
Prior experience preferred with industry-related software: MS Office, JIRA, SharePoint, and/or other web-based applications.
Show strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
Qualifications
Education Required: High School or better.
Preferred: Bachelors or better.
