Product / Business Analyst – Wealth Management
About the role
The Product / Business Analyst - Wealth Management will support the development and evolution of Objectway’s digital platform, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and UX/UI experts. This role involves core product responsibilities and client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
- Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements, coordinating with developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders.
- Write clear and detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Monitor sprint progress, identify risks or blockers, and contribute to problem-solving.
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth and timely product releases.
- Participate in internal product demos and contribute to continuous product improvement.
- Support client-facing discussions, workshops, and requirements sessions in collaboration with the Product Manager.
- Aid in product implementation and client onboarding activities.
- Deliver tailored product demos and presentations to clients and prospects.
- Gather and structure client feedback to help refine product features and user experience.
Requirements
Required Experience or strong exposure to Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Banking, or Investment services, gained through work experience or strong personal interest in financial markets and investing. Previous experience in the role, minimum 3 years. Strong background in digital products, web, and mobile solutions. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software product lifecycle. Proven ability to write clear requirements and user stories. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Experience working in an international, client-facing environment.

- Team player, comfortable working in cross-functional environments, and also confident representing the product externally.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Potential yearly base pay range for this role is as follows: Mid-level: €35.000 - €42.000 Senior-level: €43.000 - €50.000 The actual final compensation package and CCNL level may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education and experience.
