Primary Responsibilities
- Follow manufacturing process instructions (MPI’s)
- Follow production schedule
- Comply with applicable FDA and international regulatory laws and standards
- Read drawings and Lot History Records
- Maintain high-quality standards by manufacturing, assembling, packaging, and labeling products according to QSR’s, MPI’s, and other applicable company procedures
- Document work performed accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with engineers and managers to recognize issues and participate in problem resolution
- Notify supervisor of issues or discrepancies
- Work well in a team environment
- Absorb and communicate information and instructions clearly and effectively
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading and math skills
- Ability to read and understand simple mechanical drawings
- Prior medical device and assembly experience is a plus but not required
