About the role
The Product (AzamMax) Communication & Engagement Officer will drive how customers perceive and interact with the AzamMax platform. Responsibilities include creating compelling narratives, managing product launches, and ensuring clear communication of the value proposition across all digital and physical channels. This role involves working at the intersection of product development and marketing, shaping user adoption strategies that impact business growth. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between technical product teams and end users, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Technology departments to maintain a consistent brand voice. Additionally, they will analyze user feedback and engagement metrics to refine messaging.

Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product communication and engagement
