Key Responsibilities
- Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization, and adhere to agile development principals with support from the solution manager.
- Maintain current solution documentation and support compliance processes.
- Demonstrate and effectively articulate current and planned solution features functionality to internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to create user stories based on defined requirements for small- to medium-sized projects that follow standard practices and guidelines.
- Gather success criteria data and report on solution metrics, key performance indicators, and client adoption.
- Works with Solution Managers and other Solution Analysts to understand and support WellSky’s product strategy and roadmap.
- Prioritizes and manages the product backlog for development planning and grooming meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 0 - 2 years relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of healthcare / health IT environment
- Experience with APIs and 3rd party integrations
- Experience with data analytics tools, big data and business intelligence
