Responsibilities

• Analyze user journeys, feature adoption, engagement, and retention
• Build and maintain product dashboards and recurring metric reports
• Help define events, funnels, cohorts, and product success metrics
• Support experiment design, measurement, and post-launch analysis
• Investigate changes in user behavior and identify actionable patterns
• Check data quality and collaborate on analytics instrumentation
• Present concise findings and recommendations to product stakeholders

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Strong quantitative reasoning and attention to detail
• Experience using spreadsheets and analyzing structured datasets
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment

Preferred

• Familiarity with SQL and product-analytics or BI tools
• Understanding of funnels, cohorts, A/B testing, and basic statistics
• Exposure to Python, R, data visualization, or event instrumentation
• Previous internship, project, or coursework in product analytics
