Classification: Contract-to-hire Contract Length: 12 Months Position Summary The Product Analyst / Entry-Level will be part of the team in Nashville, TN. This position is responsible for implementation and support of Identity & Access Management of MEDITECH for the Expanse platform. This position is part of a 24x7 support command center on the Access Team. Candidates must be open to working days, nights and weekend shifts per go-live schedules. Candidates can expect to work 40 hours/week and must be shift flexible. Depending on Go-Live schedules, some weeks will be normal M-F day shifts while other times night and weekend coverage will be required and everyone on the team will participate at some point. Responsibilities Provides hands-on technical leadership for the analysis, implementation and support of MEDITECH access for MEDITECH Expanse.Works independently and with key project team members to define requirements, design the functional solution, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the IT solution meets requirements and meets business objectives.Author and analyze MEDITECH PWR requests ensuring specifications are clearly documented and submitted.Collaborate with business owners and the facilities to define requirements and solutionsAnalyze business requirements to design, architect, develop and implement highly efficient, highly scalable solutions.Builds positive relationships with business operations, IT&S leadership, and vendorsProvide routine support and maintenance for current production applications as assignedProvides training junior level members on the integrations and interoperability team regarding interface specifications, dataflow, and related functionality.Provides subject matter expertise and leadership through exemplifying and fostering excellent technical skills.Address and provide operational support as needed and On-call responsibilities Requirements 2+ years relevant work experienceStrong ability to manage multiple projects and issues, organize work, and adjust priorities as neededAble to establish and meet delivery datesStrong knowledge of Meditech workflow and terminologyStrong analytical and technical skills with ability to analyze issues, assess technical risks, and recommend sound solutions in a timely mannerStrong interpersonal and leadership skills in working with and convey complex subject matter content across functional teamsStrong problem and issue resolution experience and create quality deliverablesBuild strong relationships with business owners, vendors, clinical teams and other technical teams within and outside of departmentAbility to work independently as well as with a team on complex projects.Adeptness to learn new assignments, technologies and applications quickly and manage multiple assignments simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOther skills regularly utilized within the team include: MEDITECH NPR Report writer and Report Designer, MEDITECH Data Repository, Active Directory, Citrix Technology, background jobs
