Entry-Level Product Content Analyst
About the Opportunity
Have you ever wondered how thousands of products appear online with detailed descriptions, clear images and accurate information? Find out as a Product Content Analyst I at W.B. Mason!
Designed for early-career professionals eager to build business skills in an AI-enabled economy, you’ll play a key part in powering one of America’s largest B2B Business Supplies eCommerce platforms. Working with information from hundreds of manufacturers and more than 100,000 products, you’ll transform raw supplier data into compelling, customer-friendly content to help businesses confidently search for, evaluate, and purchase the products they need.
Located within our Digital Marketing team, this is not a traditional marketing role, but rather, part of its technical backbone. Sitting at the intersection of business, eCommerce operations and technology, this role will manage and optimize large quantities of product information to help transform our legacy systems and continuously improve processes at scale through AI-enabled tools. No prior AI experience required – we recognize that everyone is encountering and adapting to these tools from different starting points.
No prior PIM experience required, but any technical skills such as coding, R, Python, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, etc., or advanced AI skills such as building Agentic AI or workflows, or prior PIM experience managing PDP content in an e-commerce environment, are a plus.
Whether you worked your way through college in retail, restaurant or hospitality services, or built experiences through athletics, internships and student organizations, this role is equally ideal for individuals of both technical and non-technical backgrounds who are naturally curious, enjoy solving problems, and are excited by the opportunity to use emerging technology to work smarter.
Location Requirements
Note: W.B. Mason will not provide relocation assistance for this position. This role will operate in a hybrid working environment, meaning employees will work partly remote and partly in-office, with in-office time required for training. The primary in-office location for this role is located at our Corporate Headquarters Office in Brockton, MA.
