Product Analyst / Consulting Level

Responsibilities

• Research and troubleshoot operational issues
• Develop product requirements
• Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Information System Asset Management (ISAM), data extracts, and other application support
• Analyze product data to identify trends and make recommendations for product improvement
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and make recommendations for solutions
• Participate in complex projects supporting technology initiatives - including design and development, implementation, training, etc.
• Execute project work and ensure customer service excellence

Requirements

• 5-10+ years relevant work experience
• Must hold and maintain valid, active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Occasional travel: Position requires travel from time-to-time. Candidate must be willing to travel for one week at a time as needed
• Ability to operate within a matrixed organization
• Familiarity with various delivery processes - SCRUM, Agile, etc.
• Experience with clinical, hospitality, or supply chain applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic mindset, stays abreast of current technology trends, and committed to product/process improvement
