Responsibilities
- Research and troubleshoot operational issues
- Develop product requirements
- Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Information System Asset Management (ISAM), data extracts, and other application support
- Analyze product data to identify trends and make recommendations for product improvement
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and make recommendations for solutions
- Participate in complex projects supporting technology initiatives - including design and development, implementation, training, etc.
- Execute project work and ensure customer service excellence
Requirements
- 5-10+ years relevant work experience
- Must hold and maintain valid, active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Occasional travel: Position requires travel from time-to-time. Candidate must be willing to travel for one week at a time as needed
- Ability to operate within a matrixed organization
- Familiarity with various delivery processes - SCRUM, Agile, etc.
- Experience with clinical, hospitality, or supply chain applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic mindset, stays abreast of current technology trends, and committed to product/process improvement
