Product Analyst
Job Summary

Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data for insights comes naturally. By becoming a key member of the analytics team, you will participate in and lead cross-functional strategic projects that have an analytical element and focus on the consumer payment experience. With your analytical skills and business acumen, backed up by your solid intuition and ability to solve problems, your insights will lead to strategic business opportunities.
Essential Functions
- Use data and your analytical expertise to drive business growth across a complex business model
- Collaborate with internal business partners to identify and quantify opportunities that inform insights and impact the business
- Lead cross-functional projects using data modeling and analysis to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities for consumer payment experience and yield
- Communicate results of initiatives to stakeholders
- Develop a broad understanding of operational systems and processes to provide strategic guidance
- Made sound decisions in ambiguous or difficult situations, including when under pressure
- Continuously improve service and results for our clients and the business
Minimum Requirements
- Specific Job Skills:
- Exceptional judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to create valuable and actionable insights
- Comfortability with ambiguous problems
- Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in discussions and presentations with internal business partners and executive-level leaders
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to create positive change
- Strong capability to manage multiple project streams
- Demonstrated expertise with, or active interest in, at least one of the following tools: Tableau, PowerBI, Sisense, Quick
- Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of relational databases
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in an analytic discipline such as economics, statistics, mathematics, data analytics, sociology, or psychology. Master’s degree preferred.
