Responsibilities

• Identify business needs, define solution requirements, and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
• Lead analysis activities, including crafting detailed requirements, documentation, business impact assessments, and future-state solution design.
• Build strong partnerships across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams to facilitate collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and effective decision-making.
• Support solution delivery through requirements testing, business acceptance validation, implementation readiness, and post-deployment support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience gathering, documenting, managing, and validating complex business and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, process analysis, and problem-solving skills with experience supporting business transformation and solution implementation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and partner management capabilities with a proven track record to influence cross-functional teams across.
