Producer/Board Operator
Responsibilities
- Run the control board, following station format, arranging and playing commercials and IDs according to program and commercial logs
- Follow all applicable laws and FCC regulations
- Work the board to produce shows and on-site broadcasts
- May be required to perform light production work
- Show prep for all the assigned radio show
- Post on social media for the assigned show
- Other duties as required by management
- Able to book guests for the assigned show
- Work with the Brand Manager/Program Director on the direction of the assigned show
Qualifications
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must bring a positive, cooperative attitude and efficiently and expertly perform assigned duties
- Represent Audacy and our radio stations in a highly respectable, professional manner
- The ideal candidate should be energetic, efficient, and capable of multi-tasking in a lively, fast-paced environment
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Experience is helpful but optional
- IT and social networking skills are helpful
