About the role

The Fiesta Mart Produce Manager will conduct the proper operation for the Produce Department. This person coordinates the work of the employees to achieve satisfactory operating results, which comply with company procedures, policies, and execute company goals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of employees to achieve satisfactory operating results that comply with company procedures, policies, and execute company goals.
• Act as a role model of professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision making, at all times.
• Ensure the proper operation of the Produce Department.

Requirements

• Physical requirements: lifting, standing, walking, kneeling.
• Visual and auditory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a produce department.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
• Ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
