Produce Lead → Production Supervisor

Role Overview: Responsible for leading daily department operations in a retail store in the absence of the manager, ensuring staff training, staffing levels, and adherence to company standards and goals. Key Duties: Manage inventory, validate received orders, oversee stock and production tasks, ensure product quality and freshness, and handle spoiled/damaged goods following guidelines.Maintain product knowledge, promotional features, and execute weekly flight plans.Support scheduling, labor control, and payroll processes, while implementing company policies and safety standards.Assist in staffing, training, performance management, and development of team members.Participate in meetings, maintain a clean and well-stocked department, and support achieving department goals and KPIs.Adhere to safety, food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience standards. Flexibility to assist in other departments may be required. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; 0-2 years retail experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and leadership skills. Knowledge of retail operations, management systems, and proficiency in MS Office required. Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly desirable. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk extensively, and work in varied temperatures and environments.
