Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Willingness to work in a variety of conditions: heat, cold, humidity, and noise
• Ability to work near industrial equipment, stand for several hours, lift/push/pull up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive movements with arms, wrists, and hands
• Willingness and ability to work in different departments and positions as needed and assigned
• Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
• Ability to perform job tasks according to established safety, quality, and processing speed standards

Qualifications

• Solid work history with demonstrated commitment to employment
• Previous experience in poultry production OR previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
• 6 to 12 months of work history required

Skills

• Ability to read and interpret documents in English or Spanish, such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to complete checklists
