About the role

The Educational Service Center of Central Ohio provides comprehensive educational services to schools and districts in central Ohio. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about education and committed to supporting students and educators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives that enhance student learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with school staff to provide professional development opportunities and support.
• Evaluate and improve educational practices based on data and research.
• Represent the Educational Service Center at various community events and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in education or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and federal education policies and standards.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
