Responsibilities

• Contribute to the continuous operation of the corrugator and achieve daily production goals.
• Operate corrugator stacker, transfer cart, and automatic strapper safely and competently.
• Follow all company safety rules, lock-out procedures, and good housekeeping practices.
• Maintain high levels of quality and productivity, ensuring count accuracy of material and unit appearance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability and willingness to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned facility.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, such as schedules and orders.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and stooping.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.

Skills

• Ability to work within a team and communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.

Pay

Starting salary: $20.13 per hour.

Annual bonus based on achievement of plant performance metrics.
