General Helper - 3rd

Responsibilities

• Safely perform a wide range of tasks supporting manufacturing areas and production.
• Conduct quality checks and material set‑up.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Support the operation of a fast‑paced packaging manufacturing facility.
• Assist machine operators and assistant operators with setups and jam‑ups.
• Ensure all tooling for the machine is on hand.
• Keep the area surrounding the machine free of debris and spills.
• Support operators on different machinery and assist various areas as needed.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong desire to advance within the industry.
• Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts and overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Math skills (will be assessed).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and crouch.
• Corrugated box manufacturing experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Flexo, Gluers, Rotaries, Clamp Trucks, and Forklifts a plus.

Pay

Starting at $21.71 per hour, with frequent overtime up to four hours daily. Actual compensation will vary based on work location, skills, experience, and education.

Schedule

Shift options include 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift; flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts is required. Must be available for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
