Procurement Surgeon - Rank Dependent of Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsible for the procurement of adult and pediatric hearts and lungs, including DCD donors and implementation of NRP, as well as supporting ambulatory ECMO and eCPR services.

Expected to participate actively in the teaching of Thoracic Surgery residents.

Requirements

• Board-certified or eligible by the ABTS
• Licensure within the state of Utah (ECFMG certification/USMLE steps)

Qualifications

Individuals would join the faculty of the Division at a rank commensurate with experience.
