Procurement Specialist (Medical Devices / Aesthetics)

About the role

We're hiring a Procurement Specialist to join our Buy Team. This is a high-activity, outbound-driven role responsible for sourcing and purchasing aesthetic medical devices (lasers and energy-based systems).

Key Priorities

• Clear existing backorders (top priority)
• Sourcing high-demand inventory at scale
• Building and maintaining a robust, repeatable seller pipeline

What You’ll Do

• Sources equipment through: Manufacturer reps, Clinics, medspas, and physicians, Banks, asset managers, and repossession channels, Social platforms and industry marketplaces
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, social)
• Negotiate purchase pricing and submit internal deal approvals
• Manage deals from sourcing through: Signed agreement, Inspection coordination, Final delivery to MRP
• Track all activity in CRM and internal systems
• Attend and verify equipment inspections (remote or virtual)
• Maintain clear communication with sellers to move deals forward quickly

Daily Expectations

• This is a performance-based role with clear activity requirements
• 40–50 outbound calls per day
• Add and engage 10+ new contacts daily
• Consistent follow-up on active deals and pipeline
• Accurate CRM documentation and reporting

Required

• 1-3 years’ experience in sales, procurement, or high-volume outbound roles
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
• Highly organized, process-driven, and accountable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metric-oriented environment

PREFERRED

• Experience with capital equipment or medical devices
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
• Background in aesthetics or healthcare sales
