Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Fulfill purchase requisitions, bills of materials, and other data into tracking software as released.
- Reconcile invoice issues to enable supplier payment.
- Close Purchase Orders as dictated by job close requirements.
- Place Purchase Orders as released by request management system.
- Escalate reported supply issues to the Procurement Lead for resolution.
- Affiliate with the Supplier Contact information database.
- Affiliate with the Procurement team with project work as needed.
- Follow up with vendors on shipments and inform requesters on delivery timeline.
- Interface with other departments to maintain Clark Pacific Core Values.
Key Interfaces
- Internal: Engineering, Inventory Control, Production, Field, Accounts Payables
- External: Vendors
Key Metrics and Deliverables
- Timely processing of Purchase Orders
- Maintenance of Materials shortage escalation
- Regular project meetings
- Immediate action on Vendor payment escalations

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as effective listening and engagement with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to build strong relationships and engage and motivate teams representing diverse backgrounds and viewpoints; exceptionally collaborative.
- Excellent organizational skills to drive topics with multiple stakeholders/interests.
- Maintain a positive attitude while maintaining the ability to process and learn quickly in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks in process while not losing sight of varying deadlines.
- Problem solving skills that aim to remedy and prevent reoccurrence.

- Willingness and interest in stepping up into greater leadership role if the situation requires or the opportunity presents itself.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite programs and Viewpoint.
Work Environment
- General in-person office environment will be experienced.
- Periodic exposure to manufacturing environments which may present hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery.
- Periodic exposure to outside weather conditions, including extreme cold and extreme heat, wet and/or humid environments.
Physical Demands
- Frequent: Sitting at a desk, utilizing computers and phones, standing and walking.
- Periodic: Repetitive foot, leg, hand, arm, shoulder, and torso movements.
- Ocassional: Business travel (less than 5%).
Experience And Education
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Knowledge of View Point Software is preferred.
