What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end technology procurement for Point72, shaping high-value agreements that support the firm’s technology strategy
- Lead negotiations for SaaS agreements, enterprise software subscriptions, enterprise license agreements, and professional services contracts with major technology vendors
- Identify and redline key contract terms covering automatic renewals, price escalators, data portability, audit rights, service-level agreements, and service commitments
- Benchmark pricing and commercial structures to strengthen negotiation strategies, support vendor decisions, and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Build total cost of ownership analyses and business cases that help stakeholders evaluate trade-offs, risks, and long-term value
- Structure technology deals that align commitments with forecasted usage, business priorities, risk considerations, and future operating needs
- Manage the technology contract lifecycle, including execution, repository accuracy, renewal planning, amendments, and statement of work oversight
- Monitor technology spend, supplier performance, market conditions, and renewal timelines to identify savings, cost avoidance, and vendor optimization opportunities
- Partner with Legal, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders to align procurement decisions with governance, regulatory requirements, and commercial risk management
What’s Required
- 5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, with the majority focused on software, SaaS, or technology categories
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, law, supply chain management, or a related analytical discipline
- Experience in financial services, investment management, or another regulated environment, procurement certifications, or procurement platform experience
- Proven experience independently negotiating SaaS and software agreements, including enterprise license agreements, subscription contracts, and professional services statements of work
- Strong contract review skills, including redlining commercial and legal provisions covering automatic renewals, price escalators, intellectual property, data-use rights, and audit clauses
- Experience leading full competitive sourcing processes, including scoping, supplier engagement, evaluation, selection, and award
- Deep understanding of SaaS commercial models, including per-seat, concurrent-user, consumption-based, outcome-based, and enterprise license structures
- Solid grounding in procurement principles, including category management, total cost of ownership analysis, benchmarking, cost modeling, and supplier performance management
- Strong analytical skills, including experience working with spend data, building Excel-based cost models, and presenting commercial analysis to senior stakeholders

Pay
The annual base salary range for this role is $120,000–$200,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
