Basic Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Procurement or Acquisition Experience
- Ability to conduct data analysis or research and/or understanding of negotiations
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentations)
- Creative problem solver who can apply critical thinking skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team structure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Experience managing simple to moderate subcontracts
- Familiar with FAR/DFARs
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
- Strong organizational skills
Desired Skills
- Familiar with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP)
- Experience managing Repair & Return purchases (RMA's)
- Experience building compliant procurement files
- Experience creating and maintaining Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) compliant procurement packages and maintaining compliance to regulatory requirements at various thresholds
- Working knowledge of standard US Department of Defense contract types
- SAP systems experience
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $53,900.00 - $100,100.00
Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
(Washington state applicants only): Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
