About the role
The role involves leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing comprehensive patient care services. Responsibilities include managing clinical operations, developing and implementing patient care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement patient care plans based on individual needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the healthcare team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience in quality improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of healthcare policy and legislation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
