About the role

The role involves leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing comprehensive patient care services. Responsibilities include managing clinical operations, developing and implementing patient care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement patient care plans based on individual needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the healthcare team.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in quality improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of healthcare policy and legislation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with data analysis tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
