Your tasks Oversee the end-to-end requisition-to-PO process, ensuring all purchase orders are accurate, approved, and issued timelyManage the procurement queue to ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for internal stakeholders are metAct as the escalation contact for established suppliers regarding order status, deliveries, and operational issuesMonitor Key Performance Indicators for vendors, such as On-Time DeliveryConduct regular operational reviews with key suppliers to resolve recurring bottlenecksManage the vendor onboarding process, ensuring all compliance documentation (tax forms, insurance, certifications) is up to dateMaintain an accurate and updated kind of Procurement Master Data (e.g. updating pricing, lead times, and vendor contact info in the ERP system)Expedite critical orders to resolve urgent supply shortagesIdentify inefficiencies in the current procurement workflow and implement lean improvementsEnsure all procurement activities adhere to internal governance, ethical standards, and legal requirementsMonitor lifecycle of procured products to maintain efficiency in the Procurement process Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field5+ years experience in Operational Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain roles4 years' management experienceAdvanced experience with SAP, experience with Supplier Management tools like e.g. Jaggaer is a plusOutstanding Microsoft Office Software skills, including strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with purchasing multiple commodities and tasks involved in a fast-paced work environmentDecision-making capability in high-pressure/time-sensitive environmentsAbility to communicate effectively across departments (Finance, Engineering, Operations)Detail oriented and organized, good problem-solving skillsEffective analytical, oral and written communication skills for customer/vendor relations and interfacesThis position might require the use of information or access to hardware, which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
