Procurement Coordinator - Medical Equipment

Responsibilities

• Identifying equipment options at the direction of the Project Manager
• Requesting equipment quotes
• Drafting the purchase recommendation
• Reviewing purchase orders for accuracy
• Scheduling deliveries during activation
• Cooking with third-party warehouses and moving companies
• Tracking packing slips
• Confirming receipt of equipment for invoice processing
• Updating the equipment database
• Assisting with the development of equipment pick lists
• Attending weekly status meetings for procurement projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Community Health, Public Health, Health Sciences, or similar
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel or similar software, Bluebeam or similar PDF editor
• Internship or employment experience in clinical, operations, supply chain, or research in a healthcare environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to manage your time and work on multiple projects concurrently
• Able to effectively communicate with team members / vendors and architects / clients with supervision

Hybrid position requiring 2 days per week onsite
