Responsibilities
- Identifying equipment options at the direction of the Project Manager
- Requesting equipment quotes
- Drafting the purchase recommendation
- Reviewing purchase orders for accuracy
- Scheduling deliveries during activation
- Cooking with third-party warehouses and moving companies
- Tracking packing slips
- Confirming receipt of equipment for invoice processing
- Updating the equipment database
- Assisting with the development of equipment pick lists
- Attending weekly status meetings for procurement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Community Health, Public Health, Health Sciences, or similar
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel or similar software, Bluebeam or similar PDF editor
- Internship or employment experience in clinical, operations, supply chain, or research in a healthcare environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to manage your time and work on multiple projects concurrently
- Able to effectively communicate with team members / vendors and architects / clients with supervision
Pay
Commensurate with experience
Schedule
Hybrid position requiring 2 days per week onsite
