Procurement Analyst (NJUS)
About the role
The Procurement Analyst will support the Category Leads to aid in the development and execution of procurement strategies, supplier management, and savings initiatives. That support may include but is not limited to, tracking global category spend and performance analytics, updating pricing, creating data analytics upon request, Request For Proposal support, contract analysis, management of the AP process, and supplier performance management and score carding. The Procurement Analyst will drive various category strategies across the business.
Responsibilities
- Supports the procurement category leads in the development, maintenance, and execution of the portfolio of category and supplier strategies
- Develops and tracks global procurement metrics as they pertain to related spend analytics, achieved savings, operational efficiencies, supplier performance, and outcomes
- Updates and maintains standard datasets and reporting files including tracking and reconciling supplier rebates
- Applies tools, techniques, and processes to develop robust strategies within the scope of their role, manages the supplier relationships where applicable
- Drives various category strategies
- Reviews agreements, suggests redlines, and develops contract fluency
- Maintains strict compliance with NetJets purchasing systems, processes, and policies

Qualifications
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and manipulate data
- Demonstrates a sense of curiosity, with a strong desire to learn new tools, processes, and business concepts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously while maintaining tight timelines
- Demonstrates strong business acumen within the context of contract language understanding as it relates to commercial compliance
- Strong conflict management, problem-solving, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to travel occasionally when necessary
- Knowledge or previous experience with procurement processes, contracts, supplier management, financial analysis, invoice statements, and accounting principles preferred
