Procurement Analyst

About the role

Manage the procurement of Construction Services for the company's Capital Projects portfolio. Focus on planned and emergent work within a single business unit, with the ability to apply expertise across business units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement process for Civil, Electrical, and A/E purchase orders, contracts, renewals, and emergent work in support of operations.
• Act as the procurement Subject Matter Expert for multiple business units or at the Enterprise level.
• Identify and qualify suppliers; conduct procurement sourcing; prepare RFPs; evaluate bids; negotiate and develop materials and services contracts; administer contracts and purchase orders.
• Plan materials and services; manage internal expert review protocols; prepare and issue purchase orders.
• Integrate scope and commercial requirements into contracts and purchase orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement or supply chain management experience.
• Experience analyzing proposals and negotiating with suppliers to purchase materials and services.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as Ariba, SAP, CLM.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated client satisfaction history.
