Procurement Analyst - Mid with Security Clearance
Description
Track expenditures, manage procurement cycles, and ensure compliance with DoD acquisition regulations, including DFARS and FAR. Perform market research to identify cost-effective procurement strategies and recommend optimizations for supply chain efficiency. Submit the Procurement Compliance & Cost Efficiency Review, analyzing expenditure trends, contract execution, and budget adherence. Administer chargeback arrangements, document all chargeback activities, and coordinate with all active Work Orders to track, validate, and consolidate software and service license requirements.
Required Experience
- Possess the knowledge and capability to track expenditures, manage procurement cycles, and ensure contract compliance with DoD acquisition policies.
- Must be proficient in data analysis, cost forecasting, and procurement workflow optimization.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills are required.
- Must have demonstrated expertise in the DFARS and FAR processes for procurement, managing purchase orders, tracking procurement performance metrics, and ensuring budget alignment with operational requirements.
- Must have experience with acquisition software, federal procurement databases, and financial tracking tools to support compliance with DoD acquisition regulations.
- Experience in cost estimation, contract analysis, and procurement audits is required.
