Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and delivering advanced instruction to an expanded title authority program training audience such as title 10/50 Military Intelligence Program (MIP) and in areas such as:
- ESRI Software and Geospatial Data Analysis
- API-based data integration and request workflows
- Jupyter Notebook-based data engineering and geospatial data layer creation
- Metadata tagging, data stewardship, and catalog integration
- OSINT analysis techniques and structured reporting workflows
- Coincides closely with the Training Coordinator to align technical content with approved training events and mission objectives.
- Develops and maintains a training data tracking and reporting capability to support program performance visibility and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Possess expert-level knowledge in data engineering, geospatial analysis, and open-source intelligence (OSINT) methodologies.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in developing and delivering training on the use of Jupyter Notebooks, API integrations, metadata management, and structured data layer development.
- Familiarity with secure data environments, role-based access controls (RBAC), and cataloging standards is essential.
- Must be skilled in creating and adapting hands-on instructional content for technical users, including practical exercises that simulate real-world data processing, analysis, and visualization tasks.
- Must be able to coordinate with the Training Coordinator to align delivery with broader training objectives and ensure content is responsive to Government-directed priorities.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills are required to facilitate documentation, post-training support, and dynamic engagement with both U.S. and partner nation personnel.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft, with practical exposure to ESRI ArcGIS, dashboard analytics, Jupyter Notebooks, or other mission-relevant tools.
- Must have strong instructional delivery skills and the ability to develop practical, scenario-based technical content.
Qualifications
- Required education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, Data Science, or a related field; or a minimum of five (5) years of equivalent experience in technical training, curriculum development, or applied instruction.
Skills
