Primary Responsibilities
- Support financial data conversion projects

- Proficiency in data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and validation techniques
- Experience collaborating with IT teams and external consultants on data migration projects
- Ability to develop and execute test scripts and UAT plans effectively
- Excellent documentation skills to track decisions, procedures, and issues
The Procure to Pay Specialist’s Responsibilities Will Be
- Participate in all phases of financial data conversion projects, including data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and validation between legacy and target systems
- Review pre- and post-conversion data to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Collaborate with IT project managers and third-party implementation consultants to define data migration requirements and resolve discrepancies
- Develop and execute test scripts and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans for converted data
- Document data mapping decisions, conversion procedures, and issue logs throughout the project lifecycle
