Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise-wide roll out and oversee the initial setup and configuration of Procore for new projects.
- Customize Procore modules and workflows to meet project-specific requirements.
- Integrate Procore with other software systems used by the company as needed.
- Provide ongoing technical support to all Procore users.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users.
- Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and best practice documentation.
- Create custom reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay updated on Procore updates and new features, implementing changes as necessary.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency within the Procore platform.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures within Procore.
- Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding data security and project documentation.
- Manage user access and permissions to maintain system security.
- Configure and maintain Procore settings to optimize company-level workflows.
- Attendance at work during normal business hours.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience administering construction project management software.
- Proficiency in using Procore construction management software.
- Strong understanding of construction project workflows and documentation.
- Excellent technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot software issues.
- Experience with software integration and customization.
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct effective training sessions and create instructional materials.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
- Procore Certified (preferred).
Pay
The salary range for this full-time role is $77,000.00-$102,666.68 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
