Processor - License & Title (Initials)

Initials team – critical role ensuring quality documentation, client engagement, state compliance, and customer SLA execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage initial and state transfer transactions in compliance with state-specific regulations.
• Review supporting documents to ensure accuracy.
• Research and resolve issues related to paperwork.
• Communicate both internally and externally with partners.
• Deliver on team goals, KPIs, and ensure accountability.
• Maintain strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Partner with leadership to develop strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in the automotive or transportation industry is a plus.
• Must maintain a valid, current driver’s license.
• Proficient in proprietary software, Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills and familiarity with general office equipment.
• Zendesk experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Working knowledge of transportation logistics and state titling requirements preferred.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Capable of performing effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

Pay

$22–$25/hr plus a $500 total sign-on bonus.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
