In-State Title Processor

Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking an In-State Title Processor to handle title perfections, plates, and registrations for Indiana deals.

Responsibilities

• Receive, quality check, and scan original paperwork for processing title perfections, plates, and registrations.
• Process requests in the IN BMV system/STARS, adhering to all BMV guidelines.
• Create billing for all transactions.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Proficiency with computer software and the ability to adapt quickly to new applications and changes.
• BMV experience preferred.

Training

3 weeks of on-the-job training provided.
