Supervisory (Responsibilities)
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems.
- Oversee the quality of day-to-day Processing crew, ensuring effective communication, productivity, and conflict avoidance.
- Coordinate plant logistics for all projects to efficiently utilize the plant's capabilities.
- Correlate with the material processing lead to organize, schedule, and maintain a steady flow of processed material to support the team and project goals.
- Communicate with the material processing lead to efficiently set up material, minimizing handling, inefficiencies, and maximizing output.
- Ensure projects are kitted, stored, and staged appropriately to facilitate the production schedule.
- Promote integration of new processes, procedures, and/or equipment to continuously improve material flow and processing.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings and job release meetings for all projects, focusing on shop efficiencies to maximize output.
- Work directly with the Production Manager and project-specific Supervisor to set up and organize projects for flows, handling, and reducing fabrication time.
Task
- Working with the Production and Facilities/Maintenance Manager's to coordinate plant logistics for all projects to efficiently utilize the plant's capabilities.
- Correlate with the material processing lead to organize, schedule, and maintain a steady flow of processed material to support the team and project goals.
- Communicate with the material processing lead to efficiently set up material to ensure the processor/operator has minimal handling, minimal inefficiencies, and maximize output.
- Ensure that all projects are kitted, stored, and staged accordingly to facilitate the production schedule.
- Promote integration on new processes, procedures, and/or equipment to continuously improve material flow and processing.

Education and Experience
- Years of Experience: 4
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
