Processing Supervisor
A Day in the Life
As our Processing Shift Leader reporting to the Processing Manager, you will act as the dynamic frontline leader for bulk-processing operations, guiding your shift to secure right-first-time bulk availability. We currently have multiple shifts available. Your Mission Will Include:
- Lead Operations: Direct the mixing, cleaning, and transfer activities, ensuring safe, sustainable, and compliant shift execution.
- Drive Performance: Eliminate operational losses (downtime, waste, rework) and manage shift handovers to ensure seamless continuity.
- Troubleshoot & Improve: Lead first-level investigations, autonomous maintenance, and quick resolution of process deviations.
- Develop Your Team: Coach and onboard operators, boosting multi-skilling, safety awareness, and technical autonomy on the shop floor.
We Are Looking For You
We Are Looking For An experienced supervisor with a background in manufacturing environments. A candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field. Strong technical skills in safety and quality standards, process troubleshooting, and structured problem-solving. Excellent, adaptive communication and people development skills. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and digital tools (MS Office).

Skills
