Process Transformation Consultant

Travel Required: Up to 10%. Clearance Required: Ability to obtain Public Trust.

What You Will Do

This position will play a critical role in supporting the team as they help the client transform their business with digital transformation initiatives.

• Develop new capabilities, processes, and procedures for enhancing effectiveness and operational efficiency through enhanced automation, integration, and connection.
• Assist in strategic program support in terms of process automation, data analytics, and change management.
• Work within teams to bring transformation tools and improvements, primarily using MS Power Platform.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "Public Trust"; candidates with an active Public Trust or suitability are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum three (3) or more years’ experience in business analytics, business management, or process improvement, including one (1) or more years’ experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Active CBP or ICE Public Trust or higher clearance.
• Direct experience or familiarity with DHS law-enforcement agencies.
• Advanced Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Tableau or BI software experience.
• R or Python software experience.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00–$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
