Process Technician Nights

Responsibilities

• Maintain standard cycle times and part quality
• Understand and communicate information from job packets, including specification sheets, standard routings, BOMs, scrap reports, and quality requirements
• Identify all resins used in the molding operation, including regrind and their usage percentages
• Operate computer-controlled presses, including the operator interface 'CRT' screen, to control the process
• Establish new processes, perform mold sets, and program robots based on settings in Mold Books/QR Codes
• Troubleshoot issues on injection molding machines and robots

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States of America
• Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Authorize Background Check
• Able to work a 12-Hour Shift
• Knowledge of operating the following Injection molding machines: Engel, Milacron, Battenfeld, UBE, and HPM's
• Knowledge with Wittman and Servpro Robots preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, team player with a sense of urgency
• Resourceful, with ability to apply critical problem-solving skills
• Effective Communication Skills
• Two plus years’ experience as a process tech in injection molding or similar process
• Experience with departmental documentation procedures
• 5S and Lock Out Tag Out experience preferred
